Bank Agency Worker - Edinburgh

We are currently looking for compassionate and dedicated Agency Support Workers to join our team. As an Agency Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day care and support to individuals in various settings, including residential homes, supported living environments, and community-based services. You will work closely with clients to ensure they receive personalised care tailored to their needs.

We are specifically looking for individuals who have weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide practical and emotional support to individuals in their daily routines. Assist clients with personal care, medication management, and mobility where necessary. Encourage and support clients to engage in social and recreational activities. Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to the relevant staff members. Foster positive relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals. Adhere to all health and safety, safeguarding, and confidentiality policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

At least 6 months of paid care or support work experience within the UK. A genuine desire to support and care for individuals in need. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings. A caring and patient attitude, with a commitment to providing high-quality care. Experience in Moving and Handling
