Bank Barbering Lecturer

Contract type: Fixed term contract until 19th June 2026, hours as required

Salary: 41,833 - 50,359 per annum pro rata (Candidates holding TQFE will commence on 48,227 per annum pro rata)



We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barbering professional to join our team on a fixed-term contract until June 2026, with the possibility of additional teaching hours. In this role, you will deliver engaging, hands-on lessons to a diverse group of learners, support students in developing practical barbering skills, and assess their progress throughout the course.






The ideal candidate will hold an HNC in Hairdressing or an equivalent qualification and have broad experience within the barbering vocational specialism. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit a variety of learning styles. While teaching qualifications such as TQFE and Assessor Awards, and experience delivering SCCF Level 5, Level 6, or HNC Hairdressing are desirable, they are not essential.
