We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Bank Bistro Support Assistant to join our team and provide hands-on support to the Bistro Manager at Haven Bistro in Great Wyrley.
About the Role:
This flexible bank position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and front-of-house environment. You'll assist the Bistro Manager with daily operations, ensuring smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere for residents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Bistro Manager with food preparation, service, and stock management
Help maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards across the bistro
Assist with ordering supplies and managing deliveries
Provide excellent customer service and help resolve any day-to-day issues
Step in to cover shifts when needed, including weekends
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a kitchen, cafe, or bistro setting (preferred)
Strong organisational skills and a team-focused attitude
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing needs
A caring and professional approach to working in a care home environment
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: 12.50 per hour
