Key Responsibilities:
Deliver care according to individual care plans
Support with personal care, mobility, meals, and medication
Promote independence and dignity in all tasks
Monitor and report changes in health or behaviour
Assist with shopping, budgeting, appointments, and correspondence
Carry out household duties and maintain a safe environment
Complete accurate care records and documentation
Attend team meetings and contribute to care planning
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Experience in care or customer service preferred
Driving licence may be required (role-dependent)
Basic IT proficiency for digital records
Reliable, compassionate, and organised
Positive team player with a respectful, professional attitude
Pay: 14.00 per hour
