About the Role

As a

Bank Carer

, you'll work closely with

Senior Carers, Nurses and Management Team

to provide exceptional support tailored to each individual's needs. You'll have the opportunity to work

full-time hours

across our three sites

Thomas Knight Care Home (Blyth), Waterloo House (Blyth) and Harwood Court (Cramlington)

gaining variety and experience while ensuring continuity of care for our residents.

Main Duties Include:

Delivering high-quality, person-centred care in line with best practice and regulatory standards Supporting residents with daily living, rehabilitation, therapy, and social engagement Maintaining clear, accurate care documentation and contributing to care planning Promoting independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing Working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Building positive relationships with residents, families, and professionals

What We're Looking For

Experience in a care setting is essential

(Minimum 2 year preferred) A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable adults and enhancing their quality of life Flexibility to work across multiple homes and a variety of shifts Ability to travel across multiple homes (Blyth and Cramlington) Availability for

full-time hours across the three homes

Willingness to undertake further training, including the Care Certificate if not already completed Ability to work collaboratively with other carers and health professionals Strong communication, empathy, and reliability

You will work across our

three homes based in Blyth and Cramlington

. Flexibility and access to transport are preferred.
