, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and overall well-being. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility, as well as supporting them with daily living activities to enhance their quality of life. You will also help during mealtimes, ensuring residents' nutritional and hydration needs are met, while offering companionship and emotional support to create a warm, positive environment. Observing and promptly reporting any changes in residents' health or behaviour to senior staff will be a key part of your role, along with maintaining accurate, up-to-date care records in line with organisational policies. We are looking for someone with a caring and compassionate nature, strong communication skills, and a commitment to working as part of a supportive team. While previous experience in care is desirable, it is not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
