We are looking for kind, reliable Bank Care Assistants to join our dedicated care team. What You Will Do
As a Bank Care Assistant, you will support residents with everyday tasks such as dressing, bathing, mobility, and mealtimes, always promoting their independence, dignity, and wellbeing. You will build strong, meaningful relationships by getting to know each resident's preferences and following personalised care plans with warmth and compassion.
You'll help create a homely, inclusive environment by encouraging social interaction and responding to residents' needs with patience and respect. Working within a supportive team, you will play a vital role in helping residents feel safe, comfortable, and happy every day.
What We Are Looking For
SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care preferred but not essential
Previous care experience welcomed but not required - full training provided
A genuine interest in caring for older people
A positive, respectful, and team-focused approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
