Welford Healthcare Ltd is a leading healthcare provider in South Molton, Devon, dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our residents. We are currently seeking a Bank Care Assistant to join our team on night shifts.

Responsibilities:

Providing high-quality care and support to residents during night hours Assisting with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting Monitoring and recording residents' vital signs Assisting with medication administration as per individual care plans Ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents Communicating effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a care or nursing role is desirable NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is advantageous Good communication and interpersonal skills Empathy and compassion for the elderly and vulnerable individuals Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends
