Green Lane Care Home provides high-standard accommodation for up to 25 people who require personal care and support, including those living with dementia. The home has been created from two large, combined Victorian houses with a purpose-built extension, situated in the Ashton area - a residential location close to the town centre with easy access to major destinations via public transport. The property is a brick-built detached period house, set in an acre of well-maintained gardens and grounds.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver care and personal assistance to residents, enhancing their comfort and quality of life. Support residents with daily activities and social engagement. Assist with meal preparation and serving. Carry out personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Maintain cleanliness of residents' rooms and communal areas; manage laundry. Ensure a safe living environment by following safety protocols and reporting potential hazards. Administer medications under appropriate supervision.
