Bank Care Practitioner (Days &Nights).Fleetwood Hall Care Home



12.26 per hour

8am-8pm day shifts or 8pm-8am night shifts available

Join us at Fleetwood Hall Care Home, Sandstone Care Group's residential home for older adults in Fleetwood, Lancashire. The home has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment to all communal areas and is a beautiful, modern environment.



Situated just a short walk from the vast expanses of the Lancashire coast, the devoted team at our 62-bedded home are truly intent on providing an exceptional level of care, led by experienced Manager Joanne. We run a tight ship, as we believe our residents and team deserve nothing less. Our well-established, reputable home offers residents modern and comfortable facilities within warm and friendly surroundings, whilst at the same time providing fantastic standards of care supported by the very latest care planning technology. As a Bank Care Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:



Applying your existing skills to support residents with personal care, hygiene, meals, and daily activities

Providing emotional support and companionship to enhance residents' quality of life

Tailoring care to residents' individual preferences and needs, helping them live fulfilling and enriched lives

Maintaining the highest standards of care, professionalism, and attention to detail within the home

Collaborating with a skilled team to ensure residents' needs are consistently met

Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our 'Reward Me' app. Flexible pay is available via 'WAGESTREAM'.Advertised pay rate is for shifts worked from 1st April 2025.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in the health and social care sector, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care

A compassionate, professional approach to supporting older adults, particularly those requiring nursing, palliative, or dementia care

Flexibility to work day and night shifts as needed
