Bank Staff Team
and we are looking for reliable, compassionateCommunity Care & Support Workers
to join us. You will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes across Pembrokeshire, helping them remain safe, independent and comfortable.What We Offer:

Supportive office team and on-call support Paid induction & shadowing Opportunity to work across multiple areasRequirements:
Full UK driving licence & access to your own vehicle (essential)
Experience in care preferred butfull training provided
A caring, patient and reliable nature Able to work in the community independently Willing to complete an enhanced DBS check Able to record clear notes and follow care plansYour Role:
Providing support in individuals' own homes Personal care, meal preparation, medication prompts and wellbeing checks Promoting independence, dignity and choice Keeping accurate records using our systems Providing a friendly and professional service
