Job Description

We are The Old Rectory a residential care service in Acle for older people, some of whom have dementia.

We are looking for an BANK Cook who can demonstrate a high standard of food preparation and cooking standards, ensuring that required diets are met and prepared correctly, who can cover annual leave and sickness.

As a Cook you will be expected to assist in organising and controlling the efficient and economic production of quality food within the allowed budget, whilst maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

The ideal candidate will have a Food Hygiene Certificate, good communication skills,team player, satisfactory enhanced disclosure Barring System check (DBS), two accepted references and experience of food cooking/preparation for the relevant client group.
