Bank

Chef

to join our rapidly growing of experts and will be working under the Head Chef.

Responsibilities:

Work with fresh produce to deliver high quality and wholesome dishes cooked at the highest quality and standards Menu development - tailor menus around our residents and meeting their needs Work within a specified budget, manage stock control, check standards of food storage, preparation and waste disposal. Maintain excellent communication with the clinical team regarding changes to resident's nutritional needs Complete regular audits, including spot checks Ensure compliance with the Health & Safety Policy, HACCP and food allergens
You will have

NVQ2 or above in catering or hospitality or Professional Cookery NVQ2 food hygiene
