We're seeking experienced staff to join our
bank team
in Stockport, supporting children aged 7-18 with emotional and behavioural needs in a structured, therapeutic setting.

Provide consistent, high quality care to children aged 7-18
Support children's daily routines, education, and emotional needs
Promote independence, self esteem, and healthy relationships
Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
Administer medication and respond calmly to challenges
Be a positive role model at all times
What We're Looking For
Minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care setting
NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or working towards it) preferred
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
Calm, resilient, and professional with strong safeguarding knowledge
Able to work a range of shifts including weekends, nights, and sleep-ins
