What You'll Be Doing

As a Bank Residential Support Worker, you'll play a key role in providing a safe, nurturing environment that supports children to grow, heal and thrive.

Key duties include:

Supporting children with daily routines, personal care, and independent living skills Building consistent, supportive relationships Managing behaviour in a calm, therapeutic manner Organising activities, trips, and appointments Administering medication and maintaining accurate records Ensuring a safe and supportive environment at all times
Who We're Looking For

We welcome individuals who are:

Experienced

in children's residential care or similar settings (preferred)

Caring, reliable, and resilient

, with a calm approach in difficult situations

Flexible

with availability across various shift patterns Hold a

Full UK Driving Licence

and access to a vehicle (essential due to location) Hold or be working toward

NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare

(desirable)
