Spring Care For You is a therapeutic provider committed to transforming the lives of young people. We are seeking passionate, resilient and dedicated Children's Support Workers to join our team at our newly opened 3-bed SEMH residential home in Lincoln.

Our home provides a nurturing, safe, and structured environment for young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them heal from trauma, build trusting relationships, and develop the skills they need for a brighter future.

What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality care and consistent emotional and practical support to children aged 8-18 Build strong, positive relationships based on trust, empathy, and respect Support young people with daily routines, activities, and therapeutic interventions Promote independence and help young people develop life skills Work in line with therapeutic models, care plans, and safeguarding frameworks Keep accurate and professional records, reporting any concerns appropriately Work as part of a committed team, contributing to a safe, warm and family-style environment

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with children or young people in residential care Resilience, patience and the ability to manage challenging behaviours A genuine passion for making a positive difference in a young person's life Ability to work as part of a supportive and professional team Willingness to work shifts, including sleep-ins and weekends

UK Manual Driving licence required

(for transporting young people to appointments, school, or activities) Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (preferred) or willingness to work towards this

Residential Childcare : 2 years (preferred)
