Requirements

Skills, Knowledge, Aptitude

Essential

Competent Literacy and Numeracy Excellent communication skills Understanding of people's rights Flexibility and reliability Enthusiasm, motivation and commitment to working with young individuals and those with learning disabilities or challenging behaviours Committed to working in a person-centred way Ability to travel to different sites and transport young people where required

Desirable

Knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act and the Reach Standard Experience in a similar field

Qualifications and Training

Desirable

NVQ level 3, or Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Essential Requirements

Full UK Driving Licence. Access to a reliable vehicle Business Insurance Enhanced Child and Adult Workforce DBS Registered DBS to the Online Update Service Attending mandatory face to face training.
