We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team. Duties

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Support the serving team during busy periods by helping with plating and serving meals. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely service. Participate in inventory management by assisting with stock rotation and reporting shortages.

Experience

Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary skills will be advantageous. Understanding of food safety practices is essential for maintaining a safe working environment. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well under pressure are key attributes for success in this role.
