Hours:

6-12 hours per week (with potential to increase during the academic year)

Bank Early Years Practitioner

to help us continue providing the best start in life for our children. The role offers flexible hours, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and wants to make a difference without committing to a full-time schedule.

About the role:

Support our team in providing a caring, creative, and nurturing environment for our children. Step in to cover staff absences, busy periods, or extra hands-on-deck moments. Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a good sense of humour -- every day is different (and usually involves Play-Doh!).

What we're looking for:

A

Level 3 qualification

in Early Years is desirable*, but not essential for the right candidate.
Experience working with young children, or a genuine passion to learn and grow in this field. A positive, team-focused attitude and a love for making children smile.
