We are looking for experienced, high quality Bank care staff who can work a range of shifts.
Experience and a can-do attitude are essential for this role. The shift pattern is 8am - 8pm, 8am -2pm, 2pm -8pm & 8pm- 8am applicants will be able to do a mixture depending on the needs of the service. Flexibility is a must due to the nature of the service.
We are looking for the following skill sets:
You're compassionate and committed with a desire to make a difference to those that you care for, in a positive and patient manner
Have a genuine interest in working with our client group, residential and Dementia
Ability to adapt your approach to the individual's needs and a willingness to learn
Good communication skills
Be able to work flexible, 6 hour or 12 hour shifts that will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Experience in Health and Social Care is essential
Good team working skills
L2 Diploma in Health & Social Care or willing to working towards
The Role
Ensure the highest quality of care is provided to our residents through their person-centred care plans to achieve and exceed potential
Promote the right values and attitudes towards people with behaviours described as challenging
Facilitating recreational activities of the residents choice
Liaise with families, friends, advocates, external agencies and the management team to provide a consistent approach that meets the individual needs of each resident
Complete records and documentation of progress, incidents and activities
Promote and uphold the privacy, rights, dignity, health and well-being of the individuals
