Are you an experienced Healthcare Assistant looking for flexibility, variety, and a better work-life balance? Join the KCHFT Bank Team and work shifts that suit you, across a range of community services in East Kent.



You'll support patients in their own homes and community settings, helping deliver high-quality, compassionate care as part of a multidisciplinary team.

What you'll need:

Experience in community healthcare or similar setting A full UK driving licence and access to a car Kindness, reliability, and excellent communication skills
