What you'll do:

Deliver a full cleaning and meals (where required) service, helping to create a welcoming and safe environment for our residents and staff. Build positive relationships with residents, visitors, and colleagues, acting with professionalism and care. Support other teams as needed, such as reporting any concerns about resident well-being. Always respect the homes and personal spaces of our residents, treating everyone with dignity. Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and equipment for your area. Comply with Health & Safety regulations and report any hazards promptly.

Communication

Other Skills and Qualifications

Essential


Experience of general cleaning and knowledge of cleaning techniques. Knowledge of basic health and safety. Passion for excellent service delivery.
Desirable


Experience of catering work. Food hygiene practices Basic hygiene practices (including food) Worked within a care or dementia care setting.
