Summary Responsibilities


Comply with Health and Safety regulations and legislation and to report any situations that could be considered hazardous. Provide full cleaning and meals service as required. Ensure maintenance of stock of cleaning stores and equipment for relevant area. Demonstrate and maintain respect for individuals' homes, living and working environments. Build relationships of trust and act with professionalism with all visitors. Provide assistance to other teams as and when required - e.g., spotting and reporting potential resident well-being concerns.

Other Skills and Qualifications

Essential


Experience of general cleaning and knowledge of cleaning techniques. Knowledge of basic health and safety. Passion for excellent service delivery. Desirable


Experience of catering work. Food hygiene practices Basic hygiene practices (including food) Worked within a care or dementia care setting.
