Temporary until 31st July 2026

Part Time, Hours as required - Evenings
Salary: 41,838 - 50,359 per annum pro rata (Candidates holding TQFE will commence on 48,227)



You will deliver professional CIPD courses within the Corporate Development Directorate to a diverse range of candidates from public and private sector, with a blended learning approach.



As a professional member of the teaching staff of the College, you will be responsible for the preparation and facilitation of workshops and development of online resources and materials to support workshops and assessment; the assessment and resulting of candidates and maintaining Quality assurance standards and the support, mentoring and guidance activity of cohorts through online media, where required.



As a lecturer you will be required to enhance the high-quality learning materials and online activities that support the programme of study and contribute to the development of new resources where required. Your expertise will be valued in the production and ongoing updating of relevant materials across all modules of the programmes, which will be available to the delivery team. Your teaching and assessment input requires robust adherence to deadlines in particular in relation to candidate feedback and development of materials for learning sessions.



The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree level qualification or equivalent in Human Resource Management. In addition to this the ideal candidate will have a Certificate in Human Resource Practice and/or a Certificate in Learning and Development Practice or equivalent. Previous teaching experience is desirable but not essential, membership of the CIPD is essential. The successful candidate will be a self- starter with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate learning to individuals with a variety of learning styles and levels of practice experience.
