Hours available -
We are looking to create a team of Bank working staff who are available to cover shifts as required
New Bourne Lodge provides residential care and supports adults with mental health Diagnosis. You would be working alongside the experienced Registered Manager and our team of support workers to ensure the smooth and safe running of the service.
Main duties of the role: -
1. Ensure that service user rights are protected.
2. Complete all daily records, incidents logs and all paperwork.
3. To Report any concerns regarding the individuals you care for daily.
4. Report any health and safety issues.
5. Work in cooperation with members of multi-disciplinary health teams so as to maximise opportunities for service user therapeutic care.
6. if applicable, assist in the administration of medication.
7. Maintain client and business confidentiality at all times and Continual Personal Development to develop oneself and the role.
8. In addition to these tasks, employees may at times be asked to carry out other reasonable duties as required by the service.

Pay: From 12.45 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
Schedule:
12 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Night shift Overtime Weekend availability
Experience:
Support Environment: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
Transferable DBS (required) Driving Licence (preferred)
