We are offering you the opportunity to become part of our outstanding nursing team at Cedars at Grace Anderson Ward Teddington Memorial Hospital. We are looking for experienced Staff Nurses with an interest in developing their skills in the area of adult rehabilitation.

Main duties of the job
You will need to have a flexible approach, have an interest in rehabilitation, be able to act on your own initiative, communicate with a wide range of people and be flexible in your approach to change. The Cedars at Grace Anderson Ward provides 25-bedded rehabilitation to an in-patient unit providing 24 hour nursing care to adults over 18 years of age. The focus is on providing quality care to patients using a multi-disciplinary team approach.
We are currently entering a new and exciting challenge, taking forward community-based care as well as in-patient care and so you will need to be flexible and willing to develop as the service changes and evolves.
