Our private, luxurious care home is delightfully situated by the seaside in Frinton-on-Sea, which offers premium living for the elderly, comprising of 70 bedrooms.

We're looking for compassionate, reliable Registered Nurses (RGN or RMN) to join us on a bank basis. If you want to make a meaningful difference in a home known for its warmth, professionalism, and outstanding standards, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional, person-centred care that supports each resident's dignity, independence, and wellbeing. Create, review and implement tailored care plans in partnership with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Lead by example during your shift, guiding and supporting the care team to deliver safe, consistent, high-quality care. Administer medication safely and accurately, following all relevant protocols and procedures. Observe, monitor, and document changes in health and wellbeing, ensuring accurate record-keeping at all times. Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and families, offering reassurance, clear communication, and genuine empathy. Respond promptly and professionally in clinical situations, demonstrating confidence and sound clinical judgement.

What You'll Bring

You are a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a current NMC pin. You bring kindness, patience, and calm professionalism to everything you do. You communicate clearly and sensitively, whether with residents, families, or colleagues. You are confident leading a team and understand the importance of teamwork in delivering great care. Previous experience in a care home is helpful but not essential we're looking for the right values above all.
