We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered nurse, you will play a vital role in providing quality care, supporting patients through their recovery processes, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive treatment plans.

Responsibilities

Assess and monitor patients' health conditions, documenting vital signs and medical histories. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily activities and personal hygiene. Educate patients and their families about health management, medication usage, and lifestyle changes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Respond to medical emergencies promptly and effectively. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills.

Experience

A recognised nursing qualification (e.g., Diploma or Degree in Nursing). Previous experience in a clinical or community. Strong knowledge Seizure Management and Peg Management. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families. Supporting the training and competency sign off for local teams. A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in nursing practice.

Pay: 20.00-25.00 per hour
