We have an exciting opportunity for a Primary Care Nurse to join our Pharmacy team at HMP Five Wells, a category C Prison located in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
The site currently offers shift times of 07:00pm-20.00pm.
This is a bank position, you'll receive 23.83 an hour.

What you'll be doing
As our new Nurse, your responsibilities will vary. Some of your duties will include:

• Provide outstanding quality based care to all patients
• Deliver personalised, non judgemental care, based on patient feedback
• Undertake medication rounds
• Dispense controlled medication
• Attend emergency response situations
• Deliver nurse led clinics to your patient group

Qualifications required:

• Registered nurse - Adult
• Current professional qualification (NMC)
• Evidence of Continued Professional Development
• Understanding of the complexities of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working
• A non-judgmental and compassionate approach
• Excellent communication skills

Although not essential ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment.
