Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursery Assistant to join our early childhood education team. Duties

Assist in planning and implementing engaging activities suitable for children's developmental stages Support children with daily routines, including meal times, naps, and hygiene practices Supervise children during playtime both indoors and outdoors, ensuring their safety at all times Foster a caring and inclusive environment that promotes social skills and emotional development Collaborate with management and leadership teams to ensure the smooth running of nursery operations Maintain accurate records of children's progress and behaviour as required Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's activities and wellbeing Support with light administrative tasks related to child attendance and activity planning

Experience

Prior experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable Knowledge of early childhood education principles and child development stages preferable Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
