Key Responsibilities

The role requires:

Team working, we are a lovely family feel nursery and we strive for happiness for our people


Ensuring the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures


Implementation the EYFS with a good understanding of child development


Supporting all nursery staff to help us deliver outstanding childcare



Strong communication with both adults and children


Reporting issues of concern to a senior team member or relevant services



Partnership working with parents and our partners to ensure our children thrive


Positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues and visitors to maintain our happy nursery


Creativity and an inspirational attitude

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Nice to have but not essentials

Minimum full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification


Paediatric First Aid
