The role

Step into rooms confidently to support ratios and keep the day running smoothly Provide safe, caring, engaging experiences for children Support EYFS activities and daily routines (play, meals, toileting, sleep, transitions) Complete basic observations/updates when required Follow safeguarding, welfare and nursery procedures at all times Be a positive, flexible team player who can adapt quickly
Essential requirements

Level 3 Early Years qualification (ESSENTIAL)

Previous nursery/early years experience Strong understanding of safeguarding and child wellbeing Reliable, punctual and able to work flexibly when needed Warm, professional approach and a genuine passion for early years
