Bank Nursery Practitioner
Job Description
We are looking for cover staff to join a growing team in our family run, private nurseries based in Thames Ditton and Molesey. We have been open since July 2021 and are continually recruiting to keep up on demand for spaces.
We will accept qualified or unqualified applicants but candidates should ideally have some childcare experience.
We open 51 weeks of the year between 7.30am - 6.00pm.
There is ample parking on the roads surrounding our nurseries and we are within walking distance of Thames Ditton and Hampton Court train stations.
We require a team member who:
has a genuine passion and enjoyment for working with children
has a commitment to safeguarding and will support the nursery in its high standard of safety and safeguarding - an enhanced DBS check and two employment references will be required prior to taking up the position
is willing to work as part of a team
friendly personality with a flexible and calm approach
You will be required to:
Contribute to planning, observations, records, reports
Build positive relationships with children, parents/carers and team members
Provide rich learning opportunities for our children
Ensure that welfare and learning needs are met
Actively participate in staff meetings, parents evenings, open days, training
