Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery. Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
- Observe and assess children's development and progress
- Provide personal care, including feeding, changing diapers, and assisting with hygiene routines
- Manage daily routines and ensure a well-structured day for the children
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
- Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding and supporting other team members

Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in an early childhood education setting
- Ability to drive the learning and development of children in your care
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage daily routines and activities
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- A genuine passion for childcare and supporting the growth of young children
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices
