About Us:

Woodland Outdoor Kindergartens has been providing high-quality outdoor early learning and childcare since 2009. We are a play-based, child-led nursery, built on Froebelian principles, encouraging children to explore, take risks, and learn through nature.

The Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable bank nursery practitioners to join our West End team. As a relief staff member, you will support our full-time team by covering staff absences, ensuring children continue to receive excellent care and learning experiences. This is a flexible role, ideal for those seeking part-time or varied hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support children aged 3-5 in an outdoor setting Implement play-based, child-led learning experiences Follow nursery policies and procedures to ensure safety and wellbeing Support daily routines and activities, including mealtimes and outdoor play Maintain positive communication with children, families, and staff

What We're Looking For:

Experience working in early learning and childcare (ELC) or equivalent A passion for outdoor play and child-led learning Strong interpersonal and communication skills Flexibility and reliability to cover shifts as required Relevant qualifications (SVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent) and PVG registration
