Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team in providing high-quality care and education to young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a nurturing environment for their development.

Duties

- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's learning and development
- Manage the daily care routines of children in the nursery
- Utilise early childhood education principles to create a stimulating environment
- Demonstrate leadership skills in guiding and supporting children's behaviour
- Drive the continuous improvement of the nursery's provision

Qualifications

- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Previous experience working with children is essential
- Qualifications in childcare or early childhood education are desirable
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated leadership skills within a nursery setting

Successful candidates will be required to have/undergo a DBS check as well as provide references.

Pay: 12.25 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
