To provide a full range of high quality direct patient support services throughout the Trust, ensuring the team's quality standards and service delivery expectations are consistently achieved.
Driven by a desire for innovation and transformation the Patient Services Assistant (PSA) role was created within the Estates and Facilities Division to encompass a range of traditional ancillary support services, such as patient portering and domestic cleaning.
