Practice Plus Group are looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team at the Devon Out of Hours (OOH) service on a Bank, 0 hour a week contract meaning you can pick and choose you shift patterns.
Integrated Urgent Care at Practice Plus Group provides urgent care via 111, Out-Of-Hours, GP and Clinical Assessment services on behalf for the NHS. Join us, and you'll be helping relieve some of the pressure on NHS Emergency services at a vital time.

Within this job you'll be responsible for:
You will be preparing and opening/closing the PCC for patients and doctors whilst greeting patients and dealing with them in an efficient and professional manner. You will also keep records of distribution for prescriptions and drugs and also dealing with the processing patient records/symptoms.
The OOH service operates throughout a number of locations within Devon but your main base will be in our in Barnstaple site.
What you'll be doing
This job is a Bank, 0 hours a week contract meaning you can work as little or as often as you like and works nicely alongside another part time position. As we we are an OOH service you will be required to work unsociable hours.
What we'll need from you:
Have excellent communication skills, including telephone, written and verbal communication
Be accurate and have a strong attention to detail
Have sound knowledge and understanding of IT and Microsoft Office.
Previous customer service and telephone experience would be an advantage
Previous reception/administration experience would be desirable
