About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and motivated

Bank Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs)

to join our team and provide flexible cover for staff sickness and holidays. This role offers the opportunity to work within a highly regarded independent mental health hospital while maintaining flexibility over the shifts you accept.

As part of our nursing team, you will:

Deliver safe, high-quality care in line with NMC standards Support patients with a range of mental health presentations, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and addictions Administer medication and monitor patients' mental and physical health Conduct risk assessments and respond to clinical needs Work collaboratively within our multidisciplinary team to promote recovery Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to care planning
What We're Looking For

Essential:

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration Strong clinical skills and awareness of mental health conditions Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities Commitment to patient safety, dignity, and person-centred care Flexible and reliable, able to adapt to different shift requirements

Desirable:

Previous experience in an inpatient mental health setting Experience working with patients with addictions or trauma-related conditions Familiarity with electronic care planning systems
