We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive resident care, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
Collaborate with the MDT to develop and implement individualised care plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed care records in accordance with legal and organisational standards.
Respond promptly to residents needs, ensuring comfort and safety at all times.
Assist in the organisation of clinical procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Support the training of junior staff or nursing students as required.
Requirements
Valid registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or equivalent regulatory body.
Proven experience in patient care within a clinical environment.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide compassionate patient support.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: 19.50-21.00 per hour
