The Senior Administrator plays a leading role as part of a particularly dynamic customer facing team. The team act as first point of contact for the department, triaging enquiries, dealing with routine and specialist queries in a pleasant and helpful manner. Communicating relevant information to stakeholders (including the general public, patients, relatives, NHS professionals, adult social care, nursing homes and other providers), referring to AACC Practitioners (Nurses, Social Workers, Allied Health Professionals) as appropriate, taking messages and signposting to the relevant departments/person.
