Duties
Conduct assessments of patients' health conditions and medical histories. Monitor patients' vital signs and overall health status, documenting any changes or concerns. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care strategies. Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications
Valid registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Vascular nursing experience Most important, is the gift of the gab! Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to empathise with patients. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology related to patient care.
