Bows and Arrows are a not for profit charity, operating 7 nurseries across Ipswich, all of which are rated Outstanding by Ofsted.

We are looking to welcome an

Early Years Educator

to join our team of practitioners, based at The Nest Nursery on Ranelagh Road, Ipswich on a flexible basis.

You'll be joining a team of knowledgeable & dedicated practitioners who all have a passion for ensuring the children that attend have the best outcomes.

Some of your duties as a bank staff Early Years Practitioner at Bows and Arrows will include -

Initiating and engaging in exciting activities & experiences for children, indoors and outside. Supporting children's behaviour using strategies that align with High Scope Approach & Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. Supporting staff member in fulfilling the daily routine
A

level 3 or level 2

qualification in Early Years (not health & social care) would be desirable however, if you are unqualified and feel you have some suitable experience, and feel you could excel in this role then please do apply.

Working Hours:

This is flexible and dependent on the needs of the nursery. Hours offered would be between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, all-year-round or term-time. Primarily the setting are looking for a person whom could cover hours between 10am-2pm

There may also be an opportunity to work at our other settings if cover is required.
