Happy Days Nursery is looking to welcome new bank staff to the family who share our ethos of nurturing every child to become the best they can be.

Ideally you will have a full and relevant Level 3 qualification, however Level 2 will also be considered.

Full and part-time hours are available.

You will be accountable for the care, learning and development of the children; providing high quality care in a safe and stimulating environment where children can have fun, be happy and flourish, within statutory and regulatory requirements. With guidance, we expect you to ensure compliance with all company policies, Health and Safety legislation and safeguarding policies and procedures.

About you

We are looking for a reflective practitioner who is hard working, enthusiastic and passionate about Early Years. A Level 3 full and relevant Childcare qualification or above is required and we are looking for someone who is able to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating high levels of professionalism. We expect you to have a good knowledge of the EYFS and child development and a good knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities and duties will include:

*To promote the inclusion of all children

*To be able to work effectively as part of a team and have a high degree of professionalism.

*To provide a safe and stimulating learning environment for all children, enabling them to have fun, be happy and flourish

*To ensure a high standard of care for all children, recognising that every child is unique.

*To administer first aid (where a valid paediatric first aid certificate is held).
