Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team at

West House Care Home

, working

37.5 hours per week

on a flexible rota. Reporting directly to the

Home Manager

, the Staff Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met at all times. Key duties include assessing, planning, and implementing care plans, administering medications safely, monitoring residents' health, and escalating any concerns promptly. The role also involves working closely with the multidisciplinary team, supporting residents and their families, and maintaining accurate and confidential records in line with regulatory requirements. is essential. Applicants must be a

Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD)

with a valid NMC PIN and demonstrate excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a care home environment is desirable but not essential, as full support and training will be provided.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to 20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 36 per week
