About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate

Bank Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN)

to join our supportive team in Gainsborough. This is a flexible bank role, ideal for nurses who are seeking additional hours or wish to maintain a healthy work-life balance while still making a positive difference in residents' lives.

As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, supporting residents with complex needs, and ensuring their dignity and well-being are always maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe and effective nursing care in accordance with NMC standards. Administer medication and treatments as prescribed. Carry out assessments, care planning, and regular reviews. Support residents with daily activities, promoting independence and person-centred care. Work collaboratively with the wider care team, families, and healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN (RGN or RMN). Previous experience in a care home, hospital, or similar setting is desirable. Excellent communication and clinical skills. A compassionate, patient-focused approach to care. Flexibility to work a variety of bank shifts.
