About Harewood Park

Part of Moorlands Rehabilitation and My Choice Healthcare, Harewood Park has been supporting adults with long-term mental health conditions, mild learning disabilities, and acquired brain injuries since 1986.

Located in the peaceful village of Cheadle, our 36-bed home is dedicated to rehabilitation and recovery - empowering residents to build confidence, develop life skills, and live more independently.

Your Role

As a Bank Nurse, you'll lead by example, ensuring safe, professional, and compassionate care is delivered throughout your shift.

Key responsibilities include:

Acting as lead nurse during shifts, guiding and supervising the care team Administering prescribed medications and treatments safely Completing care plans, risk assessments, and audits Supporting residents in rehabilitation activities and independence goals Maintaining a safe, calm, and supportive environment at all times

What We're Looking For

? NMC Registered Nurse (RMN, RGN, or RNLD)
? Experience in mental health, learning disabilities, or rehabilitation (desirable)
? Flexible to cover days, nights, weekends, and long shifts as needed
? Strong leadership and communication skills
? Compassionate, proactive, and dedicated to high-quality care
