We are a family run business that has been created out of pure passion and desire to have a quality childcare that offers children a beautiful start into their education journay. In the beginning of June 2025 we have opened our third setting in Fleet. Our first setting opened in 2019 in Aldershot and have only grown from strength to strength and become very popular amongst local families. We follow Curiosity appraoch and the Nursery is filled with open ended resources to inspire and make little minds inquisitive to the wider world. If you love being creative this could be a very fulfilling position for you. We are all year around setting that closes for Christmas and Easter. We will do our best to offer a great life- work balance. You will be working 4 days a week and have one day off. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing and supporting the development of children in their early years.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities for children in our pre-school
-Create a safe and stimulating environment that supports learning and development
-Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Provide leadership and guidance to support the learning journey of each child
- Conduct assessments to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
Experience:
- Previous experience working in early childhood education or childcare settings necessary
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Strong self leadership to guide yourself through the demands of this post.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while fostering a nurturing environment
