Skills, Qualities and (desired) Qualifications:

Flexibility to support the nursery as 'bank staff'. Out of term time holiday cover. Experience and enthusiasm for working with young children. A kind and caring attitude to both children and adults, offering big, warm hugs whenever required. A commitment to the provision of high-quality childcare and being a 'team player' (even when the 'going gets tough'). An understanding of the importance of safeguarding, health and safety and food hygiene in the workplace, and a willingness to attend training courses in these areas. An up to date Paediatric First Aid course, or willingness to attend such course. Punctuality, patience, reliability, trustworthiness and flexibility; with excellent communication skills too! And not to forget, always having eyes in the back of your head!
