We have an exciting career opportunity at Hollins Wood Childcare.

The position is for a zero hours - Bank Staff Nursery Assistant based within our nursery. You will support children within the nursery as and when you are required. Ad hoc and more regular shift available for someone qualified, unqualified with experience will also be considered.

The position is to start anytime after 1st January 2026.

We are looking for someone who...

Has a warm smiling face that makes every child feel special. Is able to laugh at jokes they don't understand or don't find funny. Can support a child who wants to be a Pirate when they grow up. Be able to give warm hugs when required. Can rapidly count the heads of small moving people. Has the ability to eat pretend play-dough creations realistically. Has the ability to read a story upside down, with at least 4 interruptions per page.
